"Save the Artists" is a fundraising campaign to unite patrons of the arts in Tampa Bay in an effort to fully fund three major cultural initiatives to bring more support to the arts and cultural community in Tampa Bay! The TBBCA initiatives will provide local artists and institutions with funding, provide free cultural opportunities for the the community and support training and education for the artists.

Artist Rebecca Sexton Larson works with alternate photographic processes. Her heavily painted photographs are produced primarily from handmade pinhole cameras. Her work has been on exhibit at the Tampa Museum of Art, the Gulf Coast Museum of Art and the Holland & Knight law firm. Rebecca’s work is also represented in many major collections, including that of Polaroid, Fidelity Investments, Anchor Blass and Graham Nash (of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young.)

Framed Art by Lorraine Genovar

Artist Lorraine Genovar creates hand-painted black and white photographs of local Florida landscapes. Ms. Genovar is committed to capturing the beauty of our state’s natural resources. She has several public art commissions on display in Tampa including the “Fish on Bayshore.” Her work is also included in many major corporate and private collections, including the Tropicana Headquarters, Shriner’s Children’s’ Hospital and the University of South Florida.

Artist Martha Marshall is a full time professional artist providing decorative paintings and fine art prints for the corporate interior design trade and for private collectors throughout the United States and abroad. Martha's artwork has been featured in numerous gallery shows from Washington DC to the southernmost tip of Florida. In 2004, one of her paintings was chosen for use in the motion picture "The Punisher," filmed in the Tampa Bay area. Martha's works can be found in many major collections, both private and corporate, throughout the United States.
